The beautiful coastal city of Valparaiso is literally a blank canvas awaiting an “artista” to perform their talents. This coastal port is well known for it artistic talent and abundance of street art that is captivating, inspiring and unique.
It is a range of political statements to a wonderland of fantasy, graffiti art, murals and tagging. Definitely worth the time to enjoy.
The experience here can be quite amazing, the city is very similar to San Francisco, with its steep streets and hilltop views of the harbor. The harbor is a stop for local commerce, cruise ships and the Chilean Navy.
