Thuan, I see those bikes and I’m wondering how much gear you folks are carrying. Is obtaining clean water a problem yet? Deep fried sushi…who knew!?
Each bike, not counting the weight of the biker, is about 100 lbs., give or take. Yes we have to carry all our food, water, clothes, tent, and other gear. Getting water has not been a problem; Chile has so many rivers and streams- I guess because of all the melt from the Andes,
Yes, Chile, being a coastal nation, has grown to adopt sushi, but with their own Chilean twist, I love this about cultures.
